A kind of shitty adaptation of a kind of shitty source, it seems to me. Enjoyable nontheless.
But the biggest flaw, no, transgression lies in the fact that they are using Kido Ibuki for a lousy tsukkomi character. She has quite the range, and it's a waste not to use it whole. For that tsukkomi MC it just seems strange to change her voice every minute or so. Notice her usual voice versus how she talked before the opening.
